Everything was wonderful! The structure was well organized and especially clean. The staff were excellent and very friendly! I recommend trying the couple’s massage, a unique experience performed by real professionals. We will definitely return! Thanks again to all the staff, Melissa and Michele.

The breakfast was decent, the room was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, it wasn’t great—staff were not very friendly, and the reservation had changes regarding the spa. The pools were poorly maintained, especially the outdoor ones, and there was zero relaxation because it was always full of people talking loudly, even in the pools. For me, it’s a three‑star experience, sorry.
