How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were lovely, promptly changing our sheets, cleaning the room, and fixing our AC and shower. The pools were great for the whole family, but the menu wasn’t great—food was okay but could be better. Many areas were really run down, and you’d need a scooter or car to get around the area. The resort felt very vacant and strange with so few guests; I wouldn’t recommend staying during the dry season.

The location is great and the balcony offers a view of the surf break; room service is efficient and open from 6 am, the room is well appointed, spacious, and the shower pressure is good. The pool is wonderfully clean and large, and scooters are organized quickly and cheaply. The food is average, and people walking through the resort to surf aren’t staying there. We had to pay 25 % of the daily rate to check in two hours early, even though the room was available, which seemed unnecessary and a bit miserable.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, but I couldn’t make another reservation for more nights through the Booking app and the room was empty; there was no mosquito net on the bed.
