How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I liked the welcome basket and the master bedroom was lovely, clean, and well equipped, but the area where the van is parked was messy with no view from either side, a cigarette butt was found behind the pull‑out bed in the living room, and there were many butt ends outside the caravan door that we had to remove.

The property was well maintained and fully equipped, with a kitchen and living area spacious enough for our family of five to relax, and having two bathrooms was a bonus; the location was convenient for Longridge and the Ribble Valley, which suited us, though we didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked nice.

The caravan was really lovely and thoughtfully designed, and extras like board games and a PlayStation kept the kids entertained; the site’s superb swimming pool had us spending four hours there each day. The soft play and outdoor play area were closed during our stay, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault, and the swimming and the great caravan made our holiday fantastic.

The caravan itself was nice, and the swimming pool was acceptable, but there wasn’t much to do outside in the area.

We had a clean, comfortable room with everything we needed, and the surprise welcome basket was a nice touch; the owner was easy to reach and very helpful if required. The only downside was the lack of on‑site dining—no place to eat without driving into Longridge or ordering takeaway, but that won’t stop me from staying again if I plan ahead and bring my own food.
