“Bel hôtel très proche du centre ville”

Le petit dej était petit mais bon, la dame de la réception était sympa, la piscine agréable, et la proximité avec la ville de Pedasi était pratique. Pas de frigo ni de bouilloire dans la chambre, et les transats étaient un peu cassés.

“I was for work but the best thing is that I could rest and sleep very well.”

The nature, the pillows, and the staff were very cozy and nice. Bathrooms had a funky smell.

“Nice and Quaint Hotel”

As a fisherman, the location is perfect for a day or two of fishing at Playa El Arenal. The complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day, and the pool is nice too. There was a manager who was very rude and not polite at all, but the other staff members were polite. A mistake with the reservation occurred: Booking confirmed we had one reservation for two rooms, but the manager claimed there was a second reservation for a third room. A representative from Booking contacted the hotel to confirm our reservation for two rooms, but the manager wouldn’t let us show him the confirmation. Even on the day we checked out he wouldn’t give us a receipt for the second half of the payment. On arrival I was asked to pay half of the cost for the two rooms, which I did, and he gave me a receipt. The manager was very argumentative, though the other staff members were pleasant and polite.
