A great spot for visiting Orvieto and nearby places like Civita di Bagnoregio. The lady who runs the place was very kind and gave us useful tips. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a fridge to keep water bottles cool. Unfortunately, during our stay the bar/restaurant right below the rooms was closed for holidays, making things a bit harder since the property isn’t in Orvieto’s town center. Still, we were recommended a nearby town with a good restaurant.

“Soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo”

Everything was perfect: the lady Laura was extremely kind and helpful, the location was great, and even though it was hot the place stayed well ventilated, and we slept peacefully with the window open at night. The road was a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us at all. There was practically nothing to complain about!

“Guter Preis”

Zimmer war nett so auch die Besitzerin Laura, AC ging leider an seine Grenzen, hätte kühler sein können. Waren am Weg zurück von Sizilien und haben das Haus nur wegen des Pools gebucht, wollten nochmals schön schwimmen gehen.Vor Ort haben wir dann erfahren dass der Pool seit 3 Jahren nicht mehr in Betrieb ist! Hat uns etwas enttäuscht und kurz geärgert aber sonst war es ok. Zimmer war nett so auch die Besitzerin Laura, AC ging leider an seine Grenzen, hätte kühler sein können. “Ottima tappa intermedia di un viaggio più lungo”

The welcome, the owner’s kindness, and the cleanliness were all great. The property is very peripheral to Orvieto, though it sits on a state road with minimal traffic at all hours. I think the building is an old farmhouse that’s been well restored, and my room was on the top floor with exposed roof beams. For my expectations, there were no negatives.
