I want to highlight the excellent service from Mrs. Margarita, who comforted us with her attention, yet the overall stay was marred by many shortcomings: the presentation was poor, maintenance conditions were bad, cleanliness was lacking in white linens and sanitary items—towels were only changed once a week, and if a guest didn't complain, rooms were left uncleaned for days; there were no complaint or suggestion books, among other issues.
