Every time the air handler kicked on, it was unbearably loud, earning me an 8/10.

“Location was fantastic, however, the facilities and comfort level could use some work.”

The location was fine, but the bathroom felt like it had been partially cleaned with bleach, throwing off the color scheme and raising concerns about what had happened there. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the cleaning crew was noisy during the day in nearby rooms. The bed was too hard, which aggravated my back pain and left me restless each night, so I gave it a 5/10.

The room and bed were very comfortable, and it was a short walk to Wegmans and even closer to the Route 128 Amtrak and MBTA station, so I gave it a 7/10. However, there was no free breakfast or coffee—plus the coffee cost $5.35, which felt steep. With nearby restaurants closed for breakfast, we had to go to Wegmans for a meal, and in this price range I felt ripped off.
