The staff were super attentive, you feel like a king from the start, they resolve every issue with great willingness, the breakfast staff were extremely helpful and kind, we weren’t sure if it was worth it since we’ve stayed many times at the Mandarin Oriental, but this hotel surpassed all my expectations; the only downside was that it was clear the place was being renovated, but it didn’t create any noise because everything was spotless.

The staff were fantastic, especially Marty who went above and beyond. Everything was a bit intrusive but the hotel still had all the essentials, like a combined bathroom and shower. The beds and pillows were superb, and the breakfast was a highlight—diverse, delicious, and I had to thank Iryna for her warm welcome and excellent service that brightened the whole morning. We’ll definitely return, and the location is very convenient.
