Stefano was the highlight of the hotel. He’s very friendly, helpful, attentive, and cooperative. The hotel itself is comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast isn’t included in the price and is paid separately, but it’s tasty. The hotel sits right across from the station, yet we had some trouble finding the entrance because we didn’t know how to get there, even though it’s literally opposite the station. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, especially thanks to Stefano’s attentiveness—he was always courteous, respectful, and ready to help. I would definitely return.
