I was sexually harassed, and the manager claimed I was black‑listed so I couldn’t stay; John asked if anything could be done because I had nowhere to go, and the manager said let me figure something out. He told John to go, and I was fine. He took me to his room and told me I was cute, then basically said I could stay for two nights if I had sex with him. I told him I wasn’t doing that and he asked why not, I said no. Then he asked if I could leave his room. When he saw me talking to two guys he told me to exit the property. I will never feel safe at another hostel. I was sexually violated; he also touched my face. I didn’t like being propositioned for a place to stay when I already paid for one.
