The staff were extremely attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. They picked us up from the hotel at 2 am and drove us to the resort, and at the end of our stay they took us to our destination. The activities we did were highly recommended; we saw all kinds of animals and they made sure we spotted as many as possible. The food was delicious and the facilities were spotless. Mr Bam was very friendly and helpful, especially when arranging our bus return, which had nothing to do with the hotel. We’re very happy and grateful. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly when arranging the excursions and helping with anything you need. You meet other travelers, and since we were with a little girl, she quickly made friends to play ping‑pong and volleyball. Wifi only works in the meeting room. You can walk to the river and the neighboring village. There were no towels for everyone, but since we didn’t ask, it didn’t matter. We think the food is only worth it if you’re really tired and don’t want to move around; otherwise it’s worth going to the nearby village to eat.

We were hesitant to stay here because of the comments we read, but we couldn’t find another place and honestly it turned out to be a good choice. Don’t expect any luxury; it’s a jungle lodge! It’s clean, the staff are very attentive, they offer tours and make sure you see the animals. There’s nothing else besides the accommodation, and about 1 km walking you’ll find a tiny village with two streets next to the river, so either bring food that doesn’t need cooking (there’s only a kettle) or eat at the lodge (we didn’t try, we had instant noodles and potatoes, but it was cheap).

The staff, the comfort of the bedding, and the wide range of activities offered were great. The lack of food options and no hot water were disappointing.
