The location is good. But it needs a lot of upkeep. The blind has been broken for a long time, and they know it (even if they tell you it’s new), so you have to tie the rope to the radiator if you want light in. The beds are very, very uncomfortable. The room is generally very dark. In short, it’s pricey for the quality offered.

Nice location, spotless bathroom and bedroom, and the kitchen was good too. If you’re into older‑style homes, this is the spot. I loved it. However, there’s no private parking as the listing says. There’s a spot in a nearby lot, but you’re not told you need to reserve it beforehand.

The spot is ideal, close to the train station and the citadel, and the big fridge is very handy. The kitchen… Comfort is average. The shared kitchen with two other rooms isn’t always very clean.

The location was great, it was really easy to get to the city centre, bars or restaurants or Citta Alta. The owner is kind and always tries to stay in touch. We didn’t expect a shared area with other guests, and it was not good because after or before you use the bathroom you have to pass the common area. Normally yes we had a private bathroom, but it wasn’t locked from the outside, so we were really uncomfortable whether another guest used our bathroom or not. We wish it had been different. The neighbourhood was too noisy. It was really disturbing at night. The room light, the AC did not work properly.

The room was clean and spacious and the location was good. The kitchen is shared, but it has everything you might need. It's an unusual hotel with bedrooms connected to a common area. We had a private bathroom, but you need to pass through the common area to get to it. Noise from the common area comes through very clearly
