“Overall, it was a very good stay. However, since I particularly enjoy hotel breakfasts, I was not entirely satisfied wit”
The hotel is very nice with great rooms and a friendly front desk and other staff. I was disappointed with breakfast; I expected a buffet at a five‑star hotel instead of an à la carte option, or a mix of both if a full buffet isn’t possible. Ordering à la carte took longer, and my order apparently never went through, so I waited so long that I ended up eating alone. That’s not what I’d expect from a five‑star hotel, and compared to other five‑star places I’ve stayed at, I’d expect a much wider breakfast selection.

The terrace in the garden is a beautiful spot for breakfast. The menu is great—order whatever you want without limits. The view from the rooftop bar shows all of Venice!

The location, friendliness, and breakfast are good. The house feels a bit old, the rooms are sparse and cold, and the special equipment is lacking.
Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer Bezug war auch vor 14.00h möglich. Frühstück würde ich dort nicht buchen. Zu teuer für das Gebotene und Personal war überfordert. Chaotisches Bestelldaten mit Frühstückslotterie ob man das Bestellte Essen und Getränke bekommt oder nicht und in welche Reihenfolge
This amazing hotel sits on the quieter, more local side of Venice. The pool and spa are gorgeous, and our room had everything we needed. The staff were brilliant. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, a 3‑minute walk to the taxi boats, and a 15‑minute ride to the main island. If you want a quieter stay instead of the speed and noise of central Venice, this is the place. Nothing to complain about—loved it all.
