How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The price‑to‑quality ratio was good and the manager was eager to solve issues. There was no Wi‑Fi in the room and we ran into minor problems with the water heater and the key, but nothing serious. It was a bit farther from the center than I had expected.

The owner, who recently took over from his late mother, was very friendly and helpful, though still making some rookie mistakes. The room had no windows, the overall impression was messy, parking inside was not good, but there was outside parking available. Credit cards were not accepted.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied daily. The place is close to the city center—just a 10‑minute walk—and the outdoor area is well equipped with a large table and a barbecue.

The atmosphere feels like home, with warm hospitality and a caring host. It does get a bit chilly in the evenings and mornings.
