How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel was very bad, dirty, sheets were unclean, the room smelled bad, the window had a screen that anyone could get into from the sidewalk—scary to sleep there at night. They charged $216 for a hotel that’s worth only $30 max, and there’s no breakfast for anyone who expects it… just don’t go there! The motel is very bad in terms of a bad motel and not clean.

The room was disgusting, with blood on the bathroom walls and dust everywhere.

The room was quiet and relaxing, but there was only one towel available.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Channel Islands NP Visitor Center, yet the property desperately needs a major overhaul: the bathroom sink and the pipe beneath it were rusted, the toilet wouldn’t flush even after multiple attempts, the mattresses and bed frames were old and squeaky, and the door let in too much light, so it should be replaced.
