I was in the city centre and the Aksaray station was right next to the hotel, making transport a breeze. Ali at the front desk was incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, sorting out every little detail immediately. The breakfast room, however, felt too small for the whole hotel, and the nice terrace with a view was left unused – maybe a winter garden or glass enclosure would be better. In the breakfast area they forgot the heating pots, so tasty food cooled off quickly.

I spent an amazing 15 days at this hotel, thanks to a staff whose kindness was truly exceptional. Special thanks go to Ali, Bahram, and Kabile for their outstanding service. The hotel itself is very pretty, and the rooftop view for breakfast is breathtaking. The breakfast spread was generous. My room was very functional, and the bathroom was flawless. This is my eighth stay in Istanbul and I feel I’ve finally found a rare gem that I will definitely return to. Thanks for everything :)
