The room was spot on for a night’s sleep – clean, comfy and exactly what we needed. Nothing else to complain about, just a solid place to crash.

The owner was super friendly and the bed was huge, which made the room feel cozy even when it was freezing outside. The temperature stayed nice, but the curtains were way too sheer and daylight kept spilling in.

Miriam is incredibly warm and welcoming; she’s probably the best host we met in all of Argentina. She even set us up with plates, cutlery and glasses for dinner and offered a tiny breakfast for about 4 €, which turned out to be delicious – fresh bread, jam, dulce de leche, orange juice and hot drinks. The room itself was huge, beautifully decorated with cactus‑wood frames and lamps, and the water pressure was strong with genuinely hot water – a rarity around here.

Miriam is really kind and makes you feel at home, but the mattress is past its prime – we could sleep, yet it definitely needs a replacement for better comfort.
