The hotel is close to the center, offers many facilities and attractions within walking distance, lets you check out late for free at 1pm, provides free parking, and the breakfast service is friendly. However, the rooms lack four‑star quality, have a dark design, no minibar, noisy air‑conditioning, construction noise outside, and the walls are paper‑thin so you can hear everything next door; reception staff were not very kind and didn’t ask about your stay during check‑out.

The room was big and tidy, the air con worked, there were tea, coffee, and a fridge, and the staff were very friendly, making the price worth it; however, the bins were tiny, the view and balcony were disappointing, and the full‑floor‑to‑ceiling mirrors on either side of the toilet felt a bit weird.

We were greeted warmly and the rooms were reconfigured into adjoining ones, which was perfect for our family road trip; one room was already ready around 12:00 pm so we could drop off our luggage and start exploring the city. They pointed out the perks of joining the free membership, like complimentary parking and faster Wi‑Fi. The warm cookies on arrival were delicious, the breakfast was excellent with a made‑to‑order egg dish, and the morning orange juice boost was also superb.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and dedicated. However, the receptionists were inexperienced and not very friendly! The room was terribly dirty, with dust, hair, and a very dirty AC grill. The worst part was that the room was right next to the HVAC machines, making it impossible to rest because of the noise—an embarrassment for a hotel of this level! One of the worst experiences…
