The room was quiet and reasonably priced, but it was falling apart: the towel bar and toilet paper holder had detached from the wall, the clothes rack was held by a hook, plaster was peeling from the ceiling, and there was a “plug” in the shower wall. Paint was chipping and mismatched, giving the impression someone had been testing colors. There were no plugs in the bathroom sink or shower.

The new flooring in the bedroom was a plus, yet the room felt unfinished, the main bedroom had fresh floorboards, the bathroom needed paint and new floor, the toilet paper holder was broken, several items were broken or missing, and the bed covers were stained with a hole.
