The hotel is indulgent on every level! Our stay was flawless, with the entire staff—Lilyana, Maura, and others—going above and beyond. Every request was met, the room was great, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The spa was fun: dry sauna (they have special treatments on Wednesdays and Saturdays—highly recommended!), wet sauna, salt room, indoor and outdoor pool… Get a massage with Kiara, she’s professional at the top level! There are plenty of cozy corners in the hotel to relax: everywhere there’s cold water, light snacks, dried fruit, apples… it creates a perfect atmosphere of calm and peace. We didn’t want to leave! Breakfast was excellent, everything was there—freshly squeezed orange juice, a machine for every kind of juice, a pancake machine, a perfect and very tasty selection of cheeses, breads, desserts, fruit; only olives were missing—that’s all! The attention to detail was impressive: everything was done with guests in mind, down to the smallest detail. The location is superb: Andalo is a cute little town, just cross the road from the hotel and you reach the Funicular to Pignale (in winter it’s a nice ski resort, in summer it offers a stunning viewpoint over the valleys and neighboring ridges up to Lake Garda). A ten‑minute drive by car takes you to Molveno, a magical place for outings and walks. In short, a hotel that has everything we could wish for. We’ll definitely come back!
