The wooden feel was soothing and calming. The food was delicious and moved me. The elevator was crowded with only one unit, and the parking lot was far.

The location is great, away from the noisy crowds yet close to all the main sights and the bus station, and the garden view from the window is pleasant. There’s a working coin laundry in the basement, and the onsens are clean, hot, and rich in natural minerals and sulphuric salts. A free ice pole outside the onsens is handy for kids, and free coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice bonus. The room is very cramped for four of us – the beds are fine but there’s no privacy when sleeping or resting. The tiny table, single chair, and two‑seater sofa barely fit for snacks at dinner. The fridge is tiny and has no freezer. It feels more suited to a young couple, so advertising it as family‑friendly is questionable.

The first floor is directly connected to the Jizo spring and is close to the hot spring basin. The food is impressive. The hotel has only one elevator, and the parking lot is far away; even the shuttle service is distant.
