The room felt a bit cramped.
The equipment was clean and comfortable, but the front‑desk staff’s tone was a bit harsh.
Being just a stone’s throw from the Little Giant Dome made it perfect for a concert‑focused trip, but the room’s fixtures felt dated and the only separation between the bed and bathroom was a fabric curtain, which was a bit inconvenient.
“Great value, so much better than an average business hotel (which was my expectation)”
The location was convenient, the room was spacious, clean, and modern.
The location was excellent. The shower pressure was weak, making the shower uncomfortable, and the housekeeping could be better—the sink rim still had water marks, the rinsing cup was stained with toothpaste, a lamp was out, and the safe didn’t work. The bathroom was only divided by a cloth curtain, and both the shower and toilet were behind clear glass, offering no privacy.
