It’s a charming, beautifully restored house with lovely grounds; breakfasts were excellent and conversations with Sallie, Ken, and other guests were great, and it’s close to the Waterfront area. The stairs are difficult to navigate with luggage.

Breakfast was blissfully good, the location was ideal for public transport to Portland and the train station for a trip to Seattle, and the hosts guided us to a museum and the station. The couple was extremely courteous, very friendly, and we enjoyed many interesting conversations with them on a variety of topics. Thank you sincerely. Helena and Otto, nothing else.

Beautiful. Excellent location, easy walking distance to several restaurants and the waterfront. Quiet. The breakfasts were outstanding, well‑balanced, and super tasty. Absolutely lovely. Nothing could be improved; it was exceptional.

Good location. We needed a king‑size room, but the bathroom was outside. We managed, and the owners are a very nice couple. We really enjoyed their friendly hospitality.
