The host showed no tolerance for guests who didn’t pay on time, even though our luggage was inside and we had locked the door; they kept telling us our payment wasn’t working and that we’d pay after 12 at night. After we finally paid, the host got drunk and started harassing us, which made us feel unsafe. If the owner had handled the situation more respectfully, we might have left with a better impression. This place is not worth visiting.

The location is quiet, tucked away from the main noisy area. Nearby trails let you quickly reach the sea and the main streets. A gym is about a 7‑minute walk away. The staff are responsive and try to help with any question. They helped us find an early‑morning airport taxi at a very good price.

What a gem! It’s a sanctuary of calm in an otherwise noisy city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and when you step outside you’re greeted by greenery. They’re fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very helpful and eager to assist with any request. I felt very comfortable here and would return anytime.

The setting between nature feels homely and the owners are friendly. It’s close to Calangute beach and the bus stop. The route to the residence is filled with dogs, so be aware of that one thing.
