towels and sheets clean
It's right on the road, handy for car travelers, parking in the lot.
bed is super comfy, towels and sheets clean, shower pressure good, TV and AC work, natural ventilation, quiet, small desk, outlets fine, no stairs, flat access.
would be nicer if there were a car cover.

“Muito boa.”
For a non‑Brazilian client it’s a bit tricky: the app to unlock the doors isn’t available on the European Google Play. To register you need a CPF (a number foreigners don’t have). The issue was quickly resolved by a service station staff member who gave me numeric codes to open the doors. I think they’ll address this soon.
“Longe da cidade”
Some reviewers say “great location,” but it’s actually about 50 km from the city of Costa Rica. If you think you’re staying at a hotel in “Costa Rica,” know that it’s far from the city.
“bom custo e beneficio para descanso”
Comfort was good, but accessing it was hard; anyone unfamiliar with technology couldn’t get in without someone to help.
“Decepção”
I was really disappointed with this app because I booked Costa Rica Ms instead of a roadside spot 50 minutes from the city near the border with MT. Arriving in Costa Rica Ms at 22:50 and looking at the hotel address, I realized it was 50 minutes away. The lack of information from the booking app was terrible and showed no respect for users. I had to detour, pay extra tolls, and deal with fatigue and additional transport costs. It was awful. The hotel had no staff to help; it felt like a western outpost on the road, operating only with codes. If not for the gas station attendant who assisted me, it would have been even worse. I hope you fix this location issue; for those staying in Costa Rica Ms, you’re not getting what you expect, and I don’t want anyone else to fall into this trap of paying in advance thinking they’ll stay in Costa Rica Ms.
“Excelente”
Everything was great, and it was convenient.
