The sheets were clean, but the futon was dirty, the room lock didn’t work, the frosted glass door let people see through, there was no food service, a dog barked loudly at reception, and the thin futon caused back pain.

The room was huge and came with a refrigerator, and there was even a microwave in the corridor. Nothing else to mention.
