How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The central location, cleanliness, spacious room, and very friendly staff were all positives. The room felt a bit too anonymous, decorative pillows were dirty, there was no chair or desk for work, and the Wi‑Fi hotspot didn’t work in the room – though the staff let me bring it from the lobby, which solved the issue.

Everything was in excellent condition.

The location was great, but there was no kitchen.

The balcony was great, and the location was solid. It felt a bit pricey, and I had to pay for the coffee.

The spot was well‑situated, the room was clean, and the instructions were clear. The parking listed on the site was actually a public, paid lot with few free spots. A strong cigarette smell hit me right when I entered the room and stayed all day, even after airing it out. I was shocked to find a cockroach in the entrance corridor—one even landed on me as I opened the door—so I hope they sort that out soon because it's really annoying! The room’s soundproofing is poor, both from outside and inside the building, so if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem. UPDATE: After posting this, the hotel demanded €500 in damages for “damaged” lattes and a TV that we didn’t break (and we didn’t notice any damage upon arrival or departure). The photo they provided isn’t even from our room (compare it to the picture of our room and their “damaged TV” photo). Watch out for a scam!
