“The property listing was very misleading; the host was rude and hostile. I recommend you avoid here!”
There was nothing positive about our experience here. It was both unpleasant and a complete waste of time and money. And we were subject to unprofessional and unnecessary abuse from the host. We left as soon as we could. Rating: 1/10 Our experience: Misleading listing and unacceptable host behaviour Review: We left this property soon after arrival. The listing presents a wide range of facilities (restaurants, swimming pool, spa, sauna, bar, yoga area, etc.) at a price level consistent with a high-end resort. In reality, these facilities did not exist in any meaningful or functional way. The property consists of a few small units and a very basic setup. The “restaurant” had no visible kitchen or proper operational structure. The site is basically a vision under construction, with a lot of work remaining to do. My wife on viewing our room found it not in acceptable condition to consider staying in it: • dirty glass doors • dusty/unclean flooring • private pool cloudy and unusable This is not a matter of taste; it is a material discrepancy between the listing and the actual property. The most concerning aspect was the behavior of one of the owners, who began shouting aggressively at us (particularly at my wife) without cause and did not stop despite repeated requests. After we left, we received multiple unsolicited insulting and hostile messages from the hosts. We travel frequently and appreciate unique, boutique and eco locations. This was not about style or preference. The property is misrepresented. The violent host behaviour we experienced was unacceptable. Paying guests should never have such an experience
