The property is modern and bright, with a lovely garden right in the middle of a beautiful village. The rooms and bathrooms are nice, the welcome is warm, and the breakfast is superb. Nothing to criticize.

Béhuard is a tiny village on a Loire island that feels like a medieval museum—somewhat out of time, which adds to its charm. L'Audacieuse sits right in the center next to the church, and the new guest room block blends nicely with the surrounding houses. The hosts are very accommodating, and Madame cooks wonderfully! It was a shame we couldn’t dine on the terrace because rain forced us indoors, but we still felt very comfortable despite the bad weather. The sun just didn’t want to show up… ;-)

The reception was extremely pleasant and friendly, the food excellent, and the island location in the Loire is unique. We can only thank the operators for their kindness; everything impressed us.
