“Nice boutique hotel, well located, with a friendly staff.”
The only breakfast offered was coffee in carafes and a few pastries. They cleaned up the room earlier than scheduled; their routine is to tidy rooms that had checked out that morning and move on to those still occupied, so if you return to the room for any reason it might not be ready. The room‑service staff did a good job.
The rooms need better cleaning; there’s a lot of dust on the floor around items like chairs, the trash can, and the back of the nightstands.
The location is great, very close to the beach. The price includes a beach chair and umbrella for use at the free beach, which is an excellent arrangement.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, the staff are very friendly, and it’s right in the center with a good distance to the beach. Unfortunately the hotel sits on a very busy street, making it almost impossible to sleep if your room faces the street. The windows have no sound insulation, which is surprising for a relatively new hotel. We had booked a rear room with a sitting area but did not receive it, so we were very disappointed – it wasn’t a relaxing holiday. Sad 😟

The location is excellent and the setting is beautiful. The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful – among the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. No negatives.
