Locations, vibes, cleanliness and comfort, but perhaps 1) option for a second pillow, 2) more clothes/towel hanging rack in the shower and 3) the 3rd floor room.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Chiang Mai, making it super easy to walk to sights and restaurants that surround the property—an absolute delight. The front‑desk staff were friendly, bright‑smiled and approachable, and the on‑site café serves really good coffee. There were no negatives; I liked everything and will definitely return.
