The staff were genuinely helpful and let us stash our bags and swim, but the building feels dated and the room was far from ideal. For the price we paid it didn’t feel worthwhile; the owners appear tired and a bit odd to be in the house, and the rooms need a makeover. The small room we stayed in was separated by a drywall from the next door, so we could hear the neighbors talking.

The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, and we appreciated the extra cost for such a delicious meal. The owner, John, was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed getting to know him. The rooms were modest but homely, and the staff were simple and friendly. Our only suggestion would be to update the linen and towels.

We were lucky to find this lovely, comfortable house, and our host was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, being close to our family. It was an ideal stopover, and we appreciated the warm welcome.

We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but Maureen's kindness in offering to do it earlier was much appreciated. The location was excellent, with a safe and peaceful area surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even switching on the lights and heated blanket for us. However, we did think it would be better to have a private coffee station and fridge in the twin room, especially during winter.

We enjoyed staying in this nice neighborhood, which was very secure and not far from shopping centers. The big yard with its nice landscape and clean swimming pool was a bonus. However, we were a bit disappointed with the bathroom, which needed an upgrade. The other room was lovely, but unfortunately, we had our child with us, and it would have been nicer to stay in that room instead.
