The balcony view at sunrise is the best spot in Oia and at the hotel. The staff member who delivered our last breakfast and helped with the luggage didn’t bring the breakfast we ordered, and when he returned with the correct order he threw the plates and said something rude in Greek. The next day when he came to collect the luggage he didn’t like that I didn’t help him with half of the baggage, rolled the suitcases twice down the stairs, and handled them so badly that he damaged the wheels of a 600‑euro Delsey suitcase.

The location is in the center of Oia, exceptional. The view is amazing, the terrace is very big, unexpected, and they have a huge olive tree with a beautiful pool that comes inside. The staff are very, very polite and communicative, helpful, love them! They helped us with earlier check‑in and late check‑out. Every day someone cleans the terrace and the apartment. The breakfast is very good and flexible, with some options that you can prefer. I recommend with an open heart Chelidonia 💙🤍💙
