It was very convenient, easy to get a taxi from the train station, plenty of restaurants just down the street, and a 7‑Eleven not far away. The bidet didn’t work, which was disappointing, and there was no chair at the computers initially so I had to ask for one.

The KTX parking station is extremely close to Dongdaegu station, and the rooms are spacious. The bath has a tub, and there’s a light meal service. From a Japanese perspective it feels like a love hotel (motel), but in Korea the difference between hotels and motels is minimal, so it’s not a big deal. The only downside is that there is no outlet near the desk in the large room.

The staff were kind, but locals told us it’s a love hotel and travelers usually avoid it; the hotel staff even moved us from the booked upper floor to a safer spot behind the staff room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and because there are several similar properties nearby, it’s worth comparing them. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the building does show its age.
