“Informações no site não batem com físico…falam sobre jacuzzi onde NÃO tem! Piscina só até as 20hs? É uma pousada de prai”
The location was great, but the information was lacking and the place wasn’t flexible at all.

The spot was convenient, yet the pillows weren’t good and I ended up with a sore neck.

The staff were really friendly – Beatriz went out of her way to find us a restaurant for our special night and even pointed out cheaper spots around town. The room, however, felt dated; the TV was ancient and barely caught any channels, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast had a decent spread, but we missed having scrambled eggs, and the server looked puzzled when we asked for them, eventually bringing us a plate that wasn’t what we wanted.

The hotel is a short walk from Canoa Quebrada’s main street and they provide a parking space for every guest, which was convenient. The Wi‑Fi worked okay most of the time, but the TV was a disappointment – no free channels and only old Netflix titles from before 2016. We also dealt with a cold shower, a noisy air‑conditioner blowing straight at the bed, a thin single‑size sheet instead of a proper blanket, and a very sparse breakfast.

The bed was super comfy and the location couldn’t be better, and breakfast was a mixed bag – some items were tasty, others bland. Unfortunately, the owners were extremely rude; after a power line caught fire they acted like it was no big deal, and when we tried to park they acted as if they owned the whole town. Because of that attitude I wouldn’t stay here again.
