“Soggiorno stressante già dall’arrivo”

I stayed at a recently renovated, modern property that had air conditioning and free parking nearby with a pass provided by the hotel. Breakfast was included and a ticket was issued for a nearby bar. However, the location was hard to find using Google Maps; the hotel supplied a video with directions that was necessary to reach the building. The staircase to the accommodation was steep and uncomfortable, especially with luggage. My room had a few small ants, the refrigerator was not working properly, and both the shower and sink filled up quickly with water that struggled to drain. The bathroom also lacked a bidet. Because I checked in late at night after attending a nearby wedding, the only payment method available was cash, which I had to leave directly in the room. Given the issues and overall quality, the price felt quite high.

The owner Angelita was extremely polite and helpful in every situation. The property is located in the beautiful old part of Turi, where you can feel the city’s atmosphere and blend into its everyday life—exactly what we wanted. Angelita pays close attention to every detail to make guests’ stays enjoyable. Italian breakfast is served in a very friendly bar right next to the property. Everyone is very courteous and pleasant to guests. I recommend it and would gladly return 😊

B&B Cassetta Turi is absolutely recommended! My stay was completely pleasant. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished, and offers a warm, family‑like atmosphere. Angelita is a fantastic host—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any question or request. You can feel how much she cares about everything and wants to give guests a perfect stay. A real plus is the air conditioning, which keeps the place comfortably cool on hot days. The Italian breakfast at Portanova Caffetteria is a highlight: fresh cappuccino, cornetti, and small local specialties that make the morning perfect. The property is in the heart of Turi, the land of cherries and churches—a charming, authentic little town, ideal for walks, culture, and culinary discoveries. I would love to come back! However, our room/ accommodation was only reachable via two flights of stairs. Older people with heavy luggage would definitely have trouble, and we were surprised by the steep access when we arrived.
