The room was comfortable, very clean, and stylish; the bed linen and duvets were top quality and the shower cosmetics were excellent. Breakfast was very good and worth having. Everything else was fine, though some restorations are needed in the room. I would like the reception staff to be more attentive and specific, for example explaining how to use the elevator. Otherwise the staff were friendly and pleasant.

The hotel is love at first sight. Inside everything is super modern, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. All the necessary high‑quality equipment is present. The design is impressive, with many plants in the rooms and an orangery, and the public spaces feature gardens. Breakfasts are very tasty, especially at the rooftop restaurant where you get a view and an explosion of flavor. Dining at the hotel is also great; the restaurants are cozy and the food is delicious. If you want comfort, this is the only place to go.
The location was convenient, just a 5‑10 minute walk to the metro station, and the gym was very good and clean. Grocery stores were right outside the property, and the restaurant had a nice view and ambiance. Breakfast was decent, and the staff tried to be nice and accommodating, but when I mentioned that I still didn’t have my coffee after ordering it more than 40 minutes ago and saw other patrons who walked in after me already served, I received no apology, only an “oh well” stare and “let me see on your order, we’re busy.” Daily room cleaning was not thorough; the used teapot sat in my room for a few days until I had to move it outside. Dust and stains were visible in the room, toilet paper was removed and not replaced after a cleaning, and the key card had to be reprogrammed almost every day at reception because it stopped working randomly.

The hotel is well located near public transport and within walking distance of many main sites. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. I was really happy to have booked a suite with a balcony—my traveling friend was a smoker, so that feature was especially useful. Since Tbilisi is a busy city, the parking garage was ideal. I dined at the restaurant on the 7th floor several times; the choices were good, the quality was high, and the service excellent. After check‑in, a minor issue arose, but David at reception resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. Nothing else to mention.
