Giulia and Maria Grazia were very helpful and kind, both before and after. The location is good, just 5 minutes from the metro stop (to the Colosseum, a 10‑minute ride). Thanks for everything and greetings from Switzerland, Fabio.

The room felt cozy, clean, and very comfortable; it wasn't large, but it had just the right amount of space. The bed was also very comfy, though the sheets could be a bit softer. The air conditioning really mattered because it was hot in Rome. The bathroom lacked ventilation, so humidity built up after showers, but that wasn't a major issue.

The place is in a super quiet area with all the amenities, just a few minutes' walk from the “Pigneto” metro stop, which takes fifteen minutes to reach the center. Breakfast is a free self‑service buffet with plenty of fruit, toast, yogurt, etc., plus fresh brioche every morning. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The owner waited until late on check‑in day because my train was delayed, and at check‑out she kindly let us leave our backpacks so we could roam the city comfortably before heading back. Everything was perfect!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming, and we also liked the terrace. The area is very quiet and convenient, only a seven‑minute walk to the metro. We appreciated the stay, which met all our expectations, and we’ll gladly come back!

I’ll definitely return! The house is beautiful and charming, with clean, lovingly furnished rooms. The Pigneto neighborhood isn’t the most central, but the metro gets you to the historic center in 15 minutes, for example to the Colosseum. The metro is a 5‑10 minute walk, and along the way you’ll find nice, authentic cafés and bars. Overall the area feels hip and gentrified, and it’s great for evening outings. In the street to the apartment there are few streetlights, so it can be a bit dark, but I never felt it was unsafe. The room was quiet, even though you might hear some street noise from the terrace, but I hardly noticed it. Communication with the hosts was professional and very friendly. I wanted to extend my stay spontaneously on the last evening, but the hosts didn’t respond in time, which was a shame—I’d have liked to stay another night. Next time in Rome, I’ll definitely come back! P.S.: Breakfast includes a tasty (and very sweet) croissant, but otherwise it’s quite minimalistic. There are only coffee pads, no Bialetti or similar. For good coffee you’d usually go to a café. The bathroom is outside the room, but you get a key. On the way to the bathroom I didn’t meet anyone, and it didn’t bother me.
