The TV, mini‑fridge, and air conditioning in the room were adequate, yet the overall building, the room itself, and especially the bathroom need renovation and modernization; general cleanliness was lacking, breakfast options were limited, and the price did not match the overall quality.

The mattress was bad, the shower was either weak or overheated, forcing me to take either a cold or a scorching shower; the room décor was very strange, the bathroom door only closed from the inside, breakfast was disappointing, and the value for money was poor.

The location was great, breakfast was good, and Maria and the other staff were attentive.
The staff were friendly, but the cleaning was insufficient and the shower had little water pressure.
I was very well received! Jesus, the owner, treated us with great attention and affection, making us feel at home; I will definitely stay at Pousada Estrela do Oriente again.
