The bungalows and cuisine at this hotel were absolute perfection - the comfort and quality of the accommodations, as well as the delicious food, were truly exceptional. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a disappointing experience: my iPhone charger went missing from my bungalow, and the prices for excursions were exorbitantly high. Despite these issues, the bungalows and cuisine were truly outstanding.

Our stay at this hotel was a real treat, with a stunning room, breathtaking views, and a restaurant area surrounded by the beautiful natural park and its incredible wildlife. However, we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the hotel's lack of assistance with planning a bike safari - despite our repeated requests, we were largely ignored, and when we went ahead and booked it ourselves, we were told that we should have been helped by the hotel staff.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. However, I was a bit surprised to find that everything exceeded my expectations, and I'm already looking forward to visiting the spa. The ambiance was truly enchanting, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived.
