The room was really good, but there were only a few guests around. Breakfast was okay.

“Man kann das Hotel im Großen und Ganzen empfehlen.”

The location in the city was typical for Africa. The breakfast was unacceptable, missing marmalade or honey, but the dinner was good. It might have been affected by a larger group that stayed before us.

“Cancrlled my booking on the day amd blamr Booking.com”

We booked three weeks ahead, yet on the day of arrival at 11:15 we were texted that our reservation couldn’t be honored because it wasn’t available, blaming luck. I found other accommodation and would not recommend booking them.

“Next time guest are coming in rooms buts atleast be cleaned the bathroom floor was so dirty”

The property felt safe, but the room was dirty.

“Average”

There were no large towels or soap in the room; I had to ask for them. The bed was too small for me and my wife, cracking with every turn, and the duvet wasn’t large enough for us to move comfortably.
