The renovation was terrific and pleasantly surprised us. We travel for medical appointments and sometimes get too tired to travel without stopping, so this was a nice surprise. Thank you. We wish the handicapped rooms were more available or closer to access; it’s a small hike to reach one if it’s available.

The room was nice and comfortable, but there was no microwave in the room.

It had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The location was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable, even the pull out couch! The one gentleman running the elevated bagel bar breakfast was so efficient and made sure everything was always stocked! All in all our stay was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would stay here again the next time we are in Watertown. Our only problem was the bathtub didn’t hold water well. We told the front desk and they said that they will let maintenance know and get on it right away!

The location and comfort were great, but the elevator was broken.
