The place was spotless and tidy, though I didn't use the Wi‑Fi.

“Noisy at night in the passages and view was of a dump site”

The apartment was clean, but it was very noisy at night with drunk people coming and going, and security would knock on doors at odd hours. The biometric fingerprint sensor didn't work properly, so it's not suitable for business stays.
