The location is amazing, but the slow response to messages and lack of information during check‑in and check‑out were frustrating.

There were no positive reviews. I tried to call the phone number in my reservation at check‑in time (15:00) and got no answer; I found another number online and finally managed to get a room at 17:15, but it was dirty, damp, missing water, sugar and snacks for breakfast, and the toilet was unusable.
