HR Grand Hotel

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things got off to a rocky start when I tried to pay with my credit card. It turned out that the hotel only accepts cash, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website or during the booking process. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the cash-only policy was a major inconvenience, and I ended up having to make a last-minute trip to an ATM to get some cash.

“Paisa wasool”

The hotel's a solid choice, especially considering the price. The rooms are surprisingly roomy and well-maintained, which is a big plus. The staff's also super helpful and friendly, they'll go out of their way to assist you with anything. The location's not too shabby either, it's close to the main attractions and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Breakfast will be available after 9:30 this was told by receptionist, ambience was bad, no cleanliness, dirty linen, no toiletries, overall bad experience, one should look for some other option unless most urgent to stay in that area

Location. No drinking water facility. The rooms opened with a smart card which didn't use to work causing tremendous hardships. Stairs dirty. No cleaning facility for the room during our 3 day stay
