The breakfast was fine, but the staff were not polite or respectful, and when I arrived the hotel had rejected my booking and demanded a new reservation at a much higher price. They were not ready to hand over the room and insisted on charging more.

Breakfast was good. The staff were not polite, and the hotel rejected the booking after it had been confirmed. They asked us to rebook at a higher price, and the reception staff were very rude and didn’t answer properly.

Very bad experience bec they say my was cancelled .but I told them I was not aware n I got a secret pin to say my booking was confirmed. Tbey didn't even bothered to check n they said their system was down ntbey unable to check
