The hotel's location was basically perfect - we were within walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which was great.
The room itself was a bit small, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed.
The cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly.

The hotel was stunning and full of history, making it feel very special. We enjoyed our one‑night stay and already look forward to returning.
“Great location staff curtness definitely let it down”
The location is great. However, some staff at reception and in the Parker restaurant were rude, and the noise from work activities wakes everyone up at 7 am, making it hard to see into other windows and vice versa.
“I don’t have to worry bother cleanses . The bed and pillow are very comfortable.”
Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. The only downside is that the bathroom is too small to store a toothbrush and cosmetic bags, and the room itself feels a bit cramped, though it’s not a major issue.
“Merkezi”
The hotel is right in the city centre, within walking distance of everything, yet despite requesting a queen‑size bed we got a very small one that wasn’t even a proper double, and the toilet has a wall directly in front of the bowl, which makes no sense.
The public areas were gorgeous and I adored every historical artifact on display; the hotel sits right next to all the must‑visit spots. My room was spotless and featured lovely artwork, and the restaurant was fantastic—I tried the first Boston Creme Pie and picked the perfect spot for it. Unfortunately, a bad odor lingered in both my room and the first‑floor hallway, which dampened my enjoyment of the space; I hope the issue is resolved soon because I’d like to return.
