Grand Hyatt Melbourne

This is usually my favourite hotel with a fantastic location and normally wonderful service, but this time it was disappointing. I arrived at midnight, had already informed them of my late check‑in, yet the room wasn’t ready and it turned out to be the wrong room type. After a long travel day I was left waiting to check in, and the baggage clerk didn’t collect my bag upon arrival.

I loved the breakfast and the spot of the hotel, but the car park and pool were closed for renovations, so a price cut would have been a good touch.

“it was okay but im still upset about the car park situation”

the room was lovely and very clean and comfortable the bar was very nice and relaxing and the staff where awesome. i was mislead with the parking , i even called to make sure my car is taken care off when i get there but when i got there i was told otherwise that there was no valet parking and i had to find my own parking it was very stressful and not what i was told . you should have some alliance with a carpark for your guests i managed to park across the road but it cost me 164 dollars ? which I'm sorry is just ridiculous if i had known this i would have left my car at home
