How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I liked the staff at the waffle house next door. There was no hot breakfast or any breakfast at all. Drug users and prostitutes were present. The air conditioner leaked water severely, and the staff could not fix it. Don’t pay more than the room rate; they claim refunds but it feels like a war at your own expense.

They do a great job

Breakfast was very good, room service was great, and the location was convenient; I’d stay there again next year. The only complaint is about the driveway.

I had nothing positive to say and everything was a disappointment.

The staff were the highlight, welcoming and accommodating, friendly, helpful, and making me feel valued all the time. I also slept well in a comfortable room, and the weekend continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Seeing the improvements under the new management is encouraging, and I’m curious to see how the property keeps growing. The hotel is still being updated, so a few areas still need better cleanliness and overall appearance, but the new management is committed to positive changes and I expect the hotel to keep improving over the coming months.
