How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Great location in Siargao with excellent service. The management is extremely helpful and always responds quickly via WhatsApp, which made everything very easy. The place is very clean, welcoming, and well looked after, with daily cleaning. We also appreciated thoughtful extras like complimentary beach towels and a beach bag. Many small touches throughout the property show the owners truly care about guests’ experience. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We’re excited to share our flawless experience at UNLTD, where we stayed for 12 nights and it was truly unforgettable! Richmond, the hotel general manager, epitomizes outstanding hospitality, coordinating everything for us and recommending top spots in town; the whole team made our stay incredibly special. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, the garden was constantly tended and improved, and the common relaxation area was amazing. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet, unlike some other parts of General Luna. We wish the entire team continued success and all the best! We would absolutely love to return to Siargao, especially to this hotel and its wonderful team.
